2015 ILO Publication – Regulating labour recruitment to prevent human trafficking
I provided guidance on specific instruments related to employment services (Conventions No. 88 and No. 181) for this research made by the ILO Fair Recruitment Initiative. The document provides an overview of national practices which aim to prevent fraudulent recruitment practices and protect workers from abusive labour recruiters.
